Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
Overview
FRESH (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. This document is general website policy text and is not legal advice; churches and organizations with specific compliance needs should consult their own counsel.
Information We Collect
We collect information in a few limited ways:
- Contact forms. When you submit our contact form we receive the information you provide. Such as your name, email address, phone number, church or organization, role, and message.
- Email and newsletter signups. If you choose to subscribe to FRESH Ideas updates, we collect your email address for that purpose.
- Purchases. Course purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not receive or store your full payment card details; the payment provider shares your name, email, and purchase details with us so we can deliver what you purchased.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability purposes.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule conversations.
- To deliver courses and resources you purchase.
- To send ministry updates you have asked to receive.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, accounting, or tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and Analytics
This website is designed to work without invasive tracking. We do not use advertising cookies. If we enable privacy-focused analytics (such as aggregate page-view counts), that data is collected in a form that does not identify you personally. Third-party services we link to (such as our payment provider) may set their own cookies when you use them; their privacy policies govern that use.
Payment Processing
Payments are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you make a purchase you are redirected to Stripe’s secure checkout. Your card details are provided directly to Stripe and are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.
Data Retention
We keep contact form messages and email correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and maintain a record of our ministry relationships. Purchase records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your Choices” below).
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for pastors, ministry leaders, and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Links
Our site may link to other websites and resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.
Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards. Including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable service providers. To protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take care to minimize what we collect and where it lives.
Your Choices
- You may request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- You may ask us to correct or delete your information.
- You may unsubscribe from any email list at any time.
To exercise any of these choices, email us at info@freshmin.org.
