These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FRESH website and any courses or resources purchased through it. By using this website you agree to these Terms. This document is general website policy text and is not legal advice; it should be reviewed by counsel where specific legal requirements apply.

You may use this website for its intended purpose: learning about FRESH, exploring resources, contacting us, and purchasing courses. You agree not to misuse the site. Including attempting to disrupt its operation, probe its security, scrape content at scale, or submit false or abusive form submissions.

• Church License. Unless stated otherwise, each course purchase includes a license for use within a single local church or ministry organization. The license covers teaching the course, distributing participant materials to your own congregation, and using the included promotional graphics in your own communications.
• What a license does not include. Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing course materials outside your church; posting complete materials publicly online; or presenting the materials as your own work.
• Digital delivery. Courses are delivered digitally. Access or download details are provided after purchase.

Payments are processed by a third-party provider (Stripe). Prices are shown at checkout. Because courses are digital products delivered in full upon purchase, refunds are handled case by case: if a resource isn’t working for your church, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right. Through support, an exchange, or a refund where appropriate. A formal refund policy will be posted as course sales launch; until then, this case-by-case commitment applies.

Coaching, consultations, and scheduled conversations are provided as ministry guidance drawn from experience. They are not legal, financial, psychological, or professional counseling services, and no particular ministry outcome is guaranteed.

All content on this website. Including course materials, text, graphics, logos, and the FRESH name and mark. Is owned by FRESH or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Purchase of a course grants the license described above; it does not transfer ownership.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through our forms and for maintaining the confidentiality of any purchase confirmations or access links sent to you.

This website relies on third-party services, including hosting and payment processing. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.

The website and its resources are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FRESH makes no guarantee of specific ministry, numerical, or spiritual outcomes from the use of any course or coaching relationship. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRESH’s total liability arising from your use of the website or its resources is limited to the amount you paid for the resource in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
